Allne 2026 Acura Integra A-Spec Tech. And for those of you who don’t know, Acura brought back the Integra for the fifth generation as a compact liftback after a 22-year hiatus back in 2023, with some updates this year for 2026. Inside, the Integra makes its previously optional 9-in infotainment screen standard across all trims and with a faster processor aimed at improving lag. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto also come standard now, as does a wireless phone charging pad with new interior trim and ambient lighting on the A-Spec and A-Spec Tech that we have here.
Exterior Updates and Styling Changes for 2026
Outside, the 2026 Integra adds a few new paint colors, and the A-Spec models receive a more aggressive body kit and new 18-in wheels. Outside of the performance-oriented Type S, which we just reviewed on this channel, the 2026 Integra is available in three trim levels. All mate Acura’s 1.5-liter turbo to the front wheels, either with a CVT transmission or an available six-speed manual transmission that we have available on the A-Spec technology.
Powertrain, Pricing, and Performance Overview
Unfortunately, this specific tech does not have it available. But ranging from the $33,000 base up to the top $39,000 A-Spec Tech that you have here. What else do we get for that money? Let’s jump right in. So, the first thing we notice, we have the LED daytime running lights. You’re not actually flickering in real life, just the way the camera picks up the LEDs with the dual eye projectors for the high and low beam.
Front-End Design and Safety Features
Very nice looking headlight pattern with the semi-updated grill, I believe, here also for 2026. Available in body color trims with functional air flow in each corner, with air flow for the intercooler down below and radiator up top. Full front parking sensing. Unfortunately, no forward-facing camera or 360. It would be nice to have on top A-Spec Tech.
Side Profile, Wheels, and Trim Details
The Acura badge houses our advanced safety features. Speaking of the body kit, that’s now a little bit more aggressive for the 2026 Integra A-Spec. You see those black fender fins in each corner. Integra badging underneath the driver’s side headlamp. No heat extractor like we just had on the Type S, but wouldn’t be expected on the less aggressive A-Spec. We also get these updated 18-inch black wheels wrapped in Goodyear Assurance all-season tires.
Rear Design and Exhaust Notes
We get full LED tail lights, turn signals, and reverse lights, a black deck lid spoiler, LED third brake light with a subtle deck lid spoiler on top of it. Full rear parking sensing. Integra stamped underneath the passenger side taillight. Acura badge in the center. A-Spec on the upper part of the trunk lid area. Semi-aggressive diffuser with black contrast and dual exhaust tips.
Engine Sound and Performance Specs
Speaking of the dual exhaust tips, let’s fire up this 1.5 L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and hear how she sounds. Cranking out 200 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque, mated to either a CVT or a six-speed manual transmission. The manual transmission adds a limited-slip differential. Either way, power is sent to the front wheels with a 0–60 time of around 7 seconds.
Interior Materials and Front Seat Experience
Let’s take a step inside and see what we get with basically a top luxury trim for the 2026 Integra. We get soft-touch materials up top, soft leatherette in the center, two-person memory seats, an aluminum door handle, ELS Studio 3D 16-speaker audio system, cushy leather armrest, power windows, and four-way adjustable mirrors.
Technology, Infotainment, and Controls
The 9-inch infotainment screen, which would have been standard on the A-Spec Tech anyway, is now standard across all trims. Unfortunately, no standard navigation system, but we do get wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Backup camera with guidance lines, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated seats, USB-A and USB-C ports, and a wireless phone charging pad.
Second Row Comfort and Space
Taking a step into the back seat, I’m a little bit over six feet tall. Sitting behind my seat settings, I have about two inches of knee room and about half an inch to an inch of headroom. We get USB-C ports, but unfortunately, no rear air vents. We do get a center console armrest, cup holders, LED interior lighting, and grab handles.
Cargo Space and Practicality
We get the ELS Studio 3D subwoofer in the corner and a large cargo space. Acura includes a cargo net and additional storage underneath the floor. There does not appear to be a spare tire, but these tires should be run-flat.
Driving Impressions and Ride Quality
Behind the wheel, the steering is sharp and direct, the brakes feel good, and the throttle response is decent in comfort mode. Switching into sport mode sharpens throttle response and steering weight. The CVT simulates ratios quickly, and acceleration feels strong enough for daily driving and highway merging.
Final Thoughts and Value Assessment
I really do think that Acura knocked it out of the park with the exterior styling of this vehicle. My main complaints are the lack of ventilated seats and rear air vents at this price point. If those were added, this would be 100% worth the money. I would recommend the base model or A-Spec trim for value, and if you go with the A-Spec Tech, the manual transmission is the way to go.

2026 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Review
This is Drew Draz at Grubs Acura in Grapevine, Texas. Today, we’re going for a drive in the 2026 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech with a six-speed manual transmission.
So far, I’ve gotten videos on the 2026 Aspec, Aspec Tech CVT, and the Integra Type S, but I’ve been waiting to get my hands on the manual. I’m glad I was able to do that today.
Exterior and Interior Design
This one’s finished in a great color: white with orchid interior. I really like the orchid interior—it looks fantastic with the blue contrast. The seats have ultra suede in the center, and they are quite comfortable.
The interior trim is new for 2026, moving away from gloss black to a more refined finish. The car also includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital gauge cluster, a head-up display, and heated seats. You also have dynamic modes: individual, normal, sport, and comfort.
Other highlights include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, ASPEC badge, and a functional shift knob. While the Type S has a sportier knob, this one works well. The center console offers ample storage, though, as a manual, you do not get remote start—only the Aspec Tech CVT has that feature.
Exterior Features
The 2026 Integra comes with a white exterior and black wheels, black side skirts, and a black ground effects kit, along with a black grille. The facelift gives it a sharper, more aggressive look.
The rear seats feature USB-C charging ports and child seat anchors. Being a hatchback, it offers excellent cargo space. The exhaust setup is a dual outlet, while the Type S uses a center exhaust. The car also has a capless fuel system and Continental ProContact tires.

One minor gripe is the small shift knob, especially compared to larger knobs like those in my G80 M3. However, the Integra is extremely easy to drive. The clutch is beginner-friendly, and the short, notchy throws make shifting very satisfying.
Compared to the CVT, the manual version is much more fun and responsive. The steering is well-weighted and precise, especially in sport mode, making it a very enjoyable car to drive.
Value Compared to Type S
The Integra Type S costs around $55,000, while the ASPEC Tech manual is over $15,000 less. It’s a great option if you want a manual without paying for the Type S. Additional perks like a sunroof are available in the ASPEC Tech, whereas the Type S does not include one.
Low-end power is responsive and enjoyable, making this car a strong choice for enthusiasts on a budget.
